ActivCollect is Keystone Bank's proprietary collection platform built on our robust technology for in-branch collections. The technology enables us customize cash collection solutions that meet every customer's requirement. ActiveCollect is secure and enables organizations receive payments from their customers across our branch network while monitoring customized, real-time reports at their location.
Keystone Bank Transaction Notification Service (TNS) is designed to make banking transactions easy, convenient and fast. Keystone Bank TNS sends SMS and e-mails to customers notifying them of every withdrawal and all payments into their accounts. Our customers no longer have to worry when they issue cheques, whether it has been presented or not because with Keystone Bank TNS, all you need to do is check your mailbox to get full details of the cheque. The email notice contains the details of the transaction, current and available balance at the time of the transaction. Please visit the Customer Service Desk at any of our branches to fill the TNS form.

Agric Finance Group offers professional support to all market facing staff of the Bank in the creation of good quality risk asset in all the areas captured within the Agriculture Value Chain.
Environmental and Social risk considerations will be taken for finance provided anywhere along this value chain.
The Group advises both customers and RMs on the best loan structure and farm practices to make the business relationship successful and profitable.
The Group gets majority of its lending fund from CBN at a maximum cost of 2%pa for on-lending to agribusinesses at a concessionary rates of 9%pa(all in).
