Olayemi Sule is the Group Head of Retail & Digital Banking at Keystone Bank Limited, responsible for leading the bank’s digital transformation efforts. She has over 23 years professional working experience in Financial Services which include; Investment Banking Operations, Portfolio Management, Pension Fund Administration, IT Operations, Corporate services, Risk Management & Compliance.

She has successfully served at Executive Management positions in various organisations within the Financial Services sector such as; ARM Investments Managers -Group Head Operations, UBA Capital – Group Head Operations, UBA Stockbrokers- Chief Operating Officer. She was one of the pioneer staff at Leadway Pensure PFA as an Investment Manager and worked in other organizations like; First City Monument Bank-Asset Management & Kakawa Discount House- Asset Management. She was the Head of Corporate Services at Keystone Bank before resuming her current role as Head of Retail & Digital Banking in the same bank.

Olayemi holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK, and has completed strategic courses at renowned institutions such as INSEAD and University of Berkeley. She was a Governing Council member of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers and also served as a member of the Annual Capital Market Retreat Committee. She is an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institutes of Banking (HCIB)and a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (FIAPM).
