EVS 2021 Phase 1: Educate A Child
As part of the Bank’s efforts to promote quality education, The Bank in partnership with Whispering Hope Africa Initiative (WHAI) impacted selected indigent students in Imo and Abia States through its Employee Volunteer Scheme. The beneficiaries’ (JSS3 and SS3 students) School fees, WAEC and BECE fees were paid. A teacher’s empowerment program will also be conducted for selected teachers in the locations. 217 students were impacted.
